Head Boys and Head Girls
At Whiston Worrygoose, our school is led by our Head Boys and Head Girls from Year 6.
Head Boys and Head Girls are responsible for representing the school. They also serve as a fantastic role model for pupils, and share pupil's ideas within the school's Junior Leadership Team or School Council.
It is vital that the Head Boys and the Head Girls at Whiston Worrygoose share a passion and commitment. These children are the link between the students, staff and governors at WWJI. They demonstrate positive behaviours and act as role models for all years. The Head Boys and Head Girls support the school at events (such as parents evening, touring visitors around schelping out with productions or extra-curricular events. They contribute to the effective running of the school, as directed by any staff member. The Head Boys and Head Girls help to take responsibility as role models for younger students and help to ensure that the school is a safe and secure place for all students.
The Head Boys and Head Girls must have the ability to work productively with others, whilst using their initiative to contribute to the positive ethos of the school.
